Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00pm are packed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a public holiday, are packed the next working day. You will get an SMS the moment your parcel is handed to a courier.
Delivery attempts
Our rider attempts delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, the parcel is held at the nearest hub for seven days before being returned to us.
Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, report it within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the item — no return shipping cost for you.
