Terms of Service

You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order. Keep your account and OTP codes private — activity carried out through your verified phone number is treated as yours.

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but slight colour or packaging variation can occur. Prices include applicable VAT and may change without notice; the price shown at the moment you confirm checkout is the price you pay.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we may cancel and refund you in full.

We accept cards, mobile financial services and cash on delivery. Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors; we never store full card numbers.

Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Hygiene, personal-care, perishable and custom-made items are excluded unless faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of inspection.

Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer or disrupt the site, submit false orders, or post abusive reviews. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
